"This is the ultimate market for all things healthy, natural and organic.The store is large with quality produce, dairy, spices, vitamins and supplements, pantry staples and prepared food. The store is clean and shelves are always being stocked. You can pretty much make it a one stop shop, but that would be a little pricey. That's to be expected with a store that keeps high quality products in stock. There are monthly sales, as well as fresh produce sales that offer good pricing on produce. The little cafe always features 2 different soup selections, and a wide variety of prepared sandwiches, small plates, and salads. Great to take out, or eat there as they do have a few tables."
