"Patio door didnt lock. There was a roach. Stayed here for 5 nights. Arrived no toilet paper, towels dingy, hot water in bathroom didn't work. Bed is uncomfortable. Pillows terrible. Neighbors smoke weed all day. Shower curtain is horrible. View is gorgeous. Location is excellent. Have ice maker. I would stay again but will bring a lot of my own items. Really need to invest in better bed and pillows."
"Do not book a room through them. I booked a room for the weekend for a total of 7 people. 5 are kids. Absolutely no room, terrible service because I emailed, called and text about the closet that had blankets and pillows, the door was set up to look like it wasn't broken and it was because it fell on MY DAUGHTER as soon as she opened it.Also looks like someone punched a hole in the bathroom door. I made a complaint and NO RESPONSE. Do not book a room with "Suites at the beach" they do not care about nothing but the payment. We also was at Palms Resort through Suites at the beach. I deserve my refund but of course no response."
"Room needs a desperate upgrade. It is simply a room with an Oceanfront view. If that is all you care about, this hotel is for you."
