"I have been there once a year for the last 5 years. And every time I see something new, I'm never disappointed. A hotel is just wonderful."

"The good: The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean, very affordable; walk out right onto the beach, and the ocean view from the deck was beautiful. The bad: The front desk isn’t manned and the office is often closed. Unless it’s an emergency it can take awhile to get a hold of staff. They are limited on parking and could only issue us one pass (we came from different states and had two cars) which meant one of us had to pay for parking in the next lot (there is no local free parking). The beds are in need of replacing and the rooms and decking could use an overhaul. If you want some place cheap with a view and won’t be in your room much (like us), this is the spot. If you want a comfy bed and amenities, this isn’t for you."

"Why yes it is an older hotel. But rooms were clean & pool was clean and nice. Perfect location. Can’t beat it for the price! Parking situation can be a little hectic. But we always found a spot to park. Checked in early on a Friday our room wasn’t quite ready. But they let us use the pool before hand & brought us our keys to the room when it was ready. I would stay again."

"Great Staff, clean rooms. Great ocean view. Quiet establishment without the usually loud partying crowd. Clean pool. Prime location to a load of restaurants and stuff to do that is within walking distance. Reservations through Expedia were super easy and cheap considering this is still prime season. Yes, the building is showing its age, and some character, however, previous owners did not properly provide upkeep. They were greedy and didn't utilize the return on their investment properly. Will I stay again, you may ask? Well... does the wildlife poop in the woods, the answer to both is HECK YEAH! I love this place."
