"I called on a Thursday at around 9:30-10:00am for a new 20 foot box truck with an aluminum lift gate for the distribution business I work for. My boss drove away in said truck Friday at 4:00pm. I dealt with Adam who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very straight forward. The entire process was so simple and my boss was very happy. The truck was ready, inspected, had plates, insurance complete, and was beautifully clean when he picked it up. Thank you Adam for making the process so simple. I know we will definitely be back when we need another truck."

"Drive 50 minutes one way, to go get oil change after calling first to make sure I could come in … to be turned away and they would not make an appt. Hen the girl is in her phone playing like a child, and the sales person was not helpful either. They said to next time ask for the service manager. That is exactly why we called first before driving 5O minutes! Horrible service and communication. Do they realize people work for a living and set time aside . This is the worst dealership. I will not purchase a vehicle or get service ever again!"

"Literally the WORST place!!! Avoid them and their TERRIBLE customer service like the plague!!! Robert Green you SUCK. Everyone in the service dept. is rude. They have zero desire to help their customers. They will lie and cheat anyone. Use ANY other dealership please save yourself the headache!!! AND their work sucks I’m not sure who they are hiring these days!"

"Doing business with Robbie from Robert Green Truck Division has been an absolute nightmare. He Sold me a new 2021 LCF with 6 defective tires (Flat spots). Told me he would take care of everything and to bring it to a dealer who was more local to me. I brought the truck to Cerrone in South Attleboro, waited a week for them to diagnose the issue and then Robbie refused to pay for the new tires. I wasted so much of my time trying to get these issues fixed. Finally got new tires from Goodyear after having to speak with four different managers. Now I need to get the truck aligned and everyone at GM has been dropping the ball, No dealerships local to me want to do any warranty work on the vehicle. Robbie has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life in any setting imaginable. He starts screaming at me over the phone saying "I told you I was going to take care of it stop calling me". This dealership is a joke, and GM is no better because they have done nothing to help me resolve any of these issues. My only regret is not reading the many terrible reviews this dealership has, Buyers beware."

"Poor experience. My pregnant sister got into a deer accident and the owner, Robby, apparently towed the vehicle for her. We were super happy about the service at first until we noticed money missing from my wallet which I had left in the vehicle from driving it the night before. It was only $40 dollars so I didn't think it was a huge deal, but wanted to talk to them about the fact that there was a theft. I called Robby directly and was mortified to hear his response. I'm pretty laid back so I was actually planning to joke about it, but he immediately accused me of making the story up. He said how is he supposed to know I'm not lying and said he refused to be "shaken down for $40". I tried to explain that I'm not shaking anyone down but as a business owner, when a client is missing money on your watch you should show some empathy, and take some actions. He said he looked at the video footage, but frankly after the conversation I really doubt he did as he kept referencing what his staff told him. I'll never take my business here as the leadership shows no concern for customers satisfaction and integrity is clearly lacking."
