"Bed bug rooms. Full of roaches. My room doesn't even have any form of heat. They let me use a heater that doesn't work. Made sure they told me it was the only one they had. I haven't had tv in three weeks. Unprofessional owners who took an item out of my room while I was not home and refused to give it back until I checked out. Contacted a lawyer and have been told this is illegal. They boast about price gouging bikers for bike week. I would not stay here again if they paid me."
