The Inn at Southport

"The perfect little spot in Southport. My sister and I went down for a long weekend recently. Always wanted to stay at this spot. The room was cute, clean, and smelled great! Cozy chairs outside of rooms. Easy walk to water front and shops and restaurants. Loved hearing acorns hitting the tin roof. I felt guilty wishing for rain so I could hear it on the roof also. Owner was awesome and pays attention to the details. And was very patient when we locked our selves out of the room. Will definitely go back!!!!"

"The Inn is small and cute and exactly what we needed. We actually extended our stay after we got into town because everything was so great. We arrived to find an annotated map and a handwritten note telling us some things to check out around town, they were very useful! We were able to reach someone very quickly whenever we needed via text. The room was perfect, even had an aroma diffuser (I think that’s what it’s called). We were able to park right in front of our door every time except once, but the parking spot we did find was only a couple doors down. Plenty of things to walk to around town, or borrow a bike from the inn for free! Short drive to beaches and Bald Head Island ferry. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great little place to stay in Southport! The rooms are clean and cozy, yet still packed with all the things that make a stay comfortable: Great mattress and pillows, modern decor with tile throughout, excellent climate control, Spectrum tv with all the channels, mini fridge, microwave, and mini coffee pot. Service is top notch too. This place puts you within an easy walking distance of everything at a fraction of what you will pay on the waterfront. A true gem! Great experience and I’ll definitely be back."

"My husband and I stayed here recently for the first time and loved it! It is definitely an older inn, the bathroom is small (as noted) but the updates are very cute. The regular rooms are perfect for a brief stay. The location is the best part - we were able to walk around Southport and out to eat dinner. The owner was very responsive through the text option. We can't wait to come back with our pup and stay in one of the pet friendly rooms!"

"My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Southport and stayed here. We had a great time. The service we amazing, thank you Victoria, and the location was perfect. The room was very clean and the decorations were great. They have bikes you can use to get around town and an outdoor game area for use too. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality!"
