"I absolutely love the rooms here!! The owner is extremely nice and accommodating. The workers here are also extremely nice. There’s ac/heat, shower, and beds. Can’t get much better and the prices are good too! They also have a laundry facility too!"

"Me and my fiancé came down to myrtle beach to stay at the 712 Inn for one night, it was over all 5 stars. The owner was very nice and accommodating, he even gave us a romantic suite room, it was updated and had hard wood floors with a nice bed and even a heart-shaped jacuzzi. No bugs, nothing to complain about. We will definitely be returning soon ! If you are looking for a place to stay that’s affordable, but still nice and close to the beach, I would recommend it."

"Stayed here last weekend. I will definitely be back! The rooms were good and clean, showers and bathrooms worked well, the AC stayed cold just like I want (unlike big box hotels) there are high resolution cameras everywhere and security 24/7, I felt very safe. Service was great and the location is perfect. Less than 10 mins from anywhere you want to go and a circle k 60 seconds up the road. Disregard the negative reviews, some people are impossible to please. What more could you ask for?"

"Arriving @ Myrtle Beach on holiday weekend is a complete nightmare might I say every hotel for miles and miles NO Vacancy South Side Myrtle Beach and North and every surrounding city!! Luckily we pulled in here @ 712 Inn and thank God they had just 1 room left being completely exhausted and out of options we took it! Not the greatest looking room however they were in the middle of some remodeling and on the plus side there were no bugs!! The owner and his staff were so awesome and kind though it is definitely a place I would stay again once the remodeling is complete! Also the rates were great considering the holiday!"
