"First of all, the concierge service was excellent! It was so speedy that I felt very comfortable. Additionally, the SNS concierge service was helpful for me, as I'm not proficient in speaking and listening to English. All the workers were very kind and this hotel was clean. I want to recommend this Hilton enclave to my friends!"
"I was given an accessible room when my reservation clearly did not specify the need for an accessible room. The first time I used the washer, it flooded the room. I woke up to water in the bedroom at 2am in the morning. The washer was leaking water with the door closed and would not stop even with the power cord disconnected. Without getting into the crazy details, they switched me to another room right away at 2am it was a nightmare. I heard nothing afterwards, no sorry for the inconvenience or we're just checking if anything got wet or damaged by the water in the room. There were some areas of the room that had 2 inches of water. This was no minor leak ladies and gentlemen. I even went down to the desk the next morning to inquire and the front desk knew nothing. Even the day I checked out, still nothing and no one from the hotel checked with us. I guess they felt switching rooms was good enough and although much appreciated it would have be nice for someone to follow up especially with how much water there was and the time of day it happened. It basically threw off the schedule for the rest of our stay. Terrible experience."
"Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Has a very homey feel. Very happy with our choice where to stay. The only problems we are experiencing is the wifi keeps kicking us off. Have to restart to get it back. Otherwise I totally recommend. The views are amazing."
"Great location. Was displeased with room as they put us in an accessible room. That wasn’t the problem though. The bathroom door hinges were rusted, pool emergency exit door was badly rusted. For a 5 year old hotel that is supposed to be a flagship property, we were disappointed.. we were considering purchasing a time share here but will not after this visit. Not the quality I have come to expect from Hilton."
