"Contacted BMFCU to apply for a personal loan to consolidated a few credit cards. Did the application online and the next day received a call from Mrs. Solimar Concepcion from the Cameron Branch. Very patient as she walked me through the documents she needed. Not only did she help me with my personal loan but she also recommended refinancing my vehicle and motorcycle. In the end I received great rates on all 3 loans. I would definitely recommend to any one needing a loan to contact her."
"I submitted my application the night before and was greeted with dignity and respect when I stepped into the local bank the next day. When I checked in, I was told to return, and it was there that I met Mrs. Liz. She was respectful, helpful, and confident. She informed me that if I have all of the necessary paperwork before the end of the day, I'll be OK and she'll be able to process my account, which she did. This location has left a lasting impression on me. Excellent credit union with excellent service! This location has been quite useful.
