"My daughter played in a national tournament on 7/16/23 and it is in the middle of nowhere and I realize they have no control over location or the weather. However, this crazy rule of no coolers is beyond me. We were stopped at gate and told no coolers and if we wanted something there was a concession stand inside. We were not even allowed to bring in coolers with cooling rags for the players. These girls played in 92 degree heat with a 101 index sometimes with no break between games. I asked about previous notice about the cooler rule and the guy at the gate said that all coaches had been notified about this. Our coach as well as other coaches stated they knew nothing about it. I won’t even bring up the fact fact the restrooms stayed locked until someone with a key showed up later in the morning. This wasn’t the nicest facility we played at and I can overlook that, but it seems they are more worried about concession money."

"This place is a dump! We recently had a national tournament there, and a dump is being nice! The grass on the fields wasn't cut! It was close to 100° outside and they wouldn't allow coolers in. Kids were on the verge of heat exhaustion. Meanwhile, they let people have coolers the day before! There was a huge muddy area in between two of the fields! One of the ladies up front working even called the cop on someone......over a child with three drinks in a backpack! This place is an absolute joke! They didn't have ice for sale! Couldn't get a cup with a drink and ice!!! Stay far far far away from this dump! Like others have said, this place is in the middle of nowhere and a 40+ minute drive from Myrtle Beach! The boys' tournament was delayed to the next day because of rain. CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY MADE PARENTS PAY ANOTHER GATE FEE THE FOLLOWING DAY BECAUSE THE RAIN DELAY? Hopefully, tournament directors will scratch this horrible place of their list of ballfields!"
