"Bought I size 9 shoe, they sent me a 7.5. Sent them back waited another 10 days for my refund, order set the shoe. Received a 7.5 again. This company is filled with a bunch of people who apparently cannot read and have terrible customer service. Find a better company if you’re local, don’t support this trash. I’ll be returning the shoes yet again but will no longer use soles unlimited again"
