"Room was very clean, great service as always."
"Very nice to stay at for a weekend. The breakfast was terrible. The hot drink set up was nice. One of the best I've ever seen. There were about 5 different flavors of tea. I also didn't know that dark chocolate nestle hot cocoa existed. So that was a nice change. The decaf coffee was terrible. The regular coffee was good. The beds weren't as soft as I'm used to in other hotels. I struggled to sleep. The location is nice. Right behind a shopping center. Next time we'll go to one of the suggestions for eating. The little kitchen in the room was a nice change. I've never been in a basic room with a cute little kitchen before. I will like to stay again."
"The place was nice and had friendly staff. The bed was very firm to extra firm, it made me miss mine at home. House keeping came only once while we were there which was fine for us since we weren't there most the time. I enjoyed the breakfast that they had. It changes a little each day which was nice. I gave it 4 stars because I liked it but nothing really wowed me about this place. It's a decent option if you're looking for a hotel, just wish it had a nicer bed."
"Rooms are clean, and provide everything you need. Mattress for some reason was the as comfy as have come to expect with a Marriott property.Appreciate the eco friendly shampoo, conditioner, bodywash dispensers. Staff very nice. Pool good. A bit small for lap swimming, and wished they would open the pool a bit earlier in the am, as I am a morning lap swimmer, and it was one of the reasons I booked it. Overall a good stay"
"I'm a big fan of Marriott properties because of their high standards. This is another great hotel, with excellent staff in a good Pinehurst area location. We've stayed here on 3 other occasions. However, I've given it only 4 stars for one reason - the mattresses ate aging out and need replacing. I don't recall any this soft, meaning without support, at a Marriott property. Be mindful of that. Otherwise all good! The daily breakfast is as good as it gets and the rooms are very functional. If not for the mattress, I could live here comfortably for a couple of weeks. And note, Marriott staff is always well trained and friendly."
