"Had my first ever facial there today and don’t plan to return. Juliet was super nice, but pretty much tried to up sale me on permanent makeup the entire time I was there which was super annoying, not to mention not very relaxing. She also told me I had rosacea, which my dermatologist has not told me once and I just saw her last week, so the next time I booked a facial to be sure to mention that, and that it would cost a bit more. The facial I booked was the Premiere and it was supposed to be $80, but when I went to check out it was $90, so I’m left to assume I paid the rosacea facial price this time vs if I were to book another appointment? Not to mention her trying to sell me sunscreen as I was waiting to check out. I understand product is part of what they do, but this a spa which is supposed to be relaxing, and none of what I experienced today was relaxing. The people are super nice, and the office itself was great, but the constant trying to sell me another service just left a bad taste in my mouth."

"I wrote down my appointment incorrectly and explained to them how I drove an hour. They advised me my appointment was in two weeks, and I was certain I was correct. I was totally wrong, yet the manager was extremely loving in her reaction to me. She even squeezed me in, when she could have easily turned me away. Excellent customer service. As for my microdermabrasion, it was excellent. I saw Carol, who was so sweet. The first time I came here, I saw Stephanie and she was also super sweet. I would go as far as to assume that everyone here is kind and excellent at what they do. I will continue to come here, even though I don’t feel deserving. Just great people with big hearts who are understanding and empathetic."
