"They've redone their website and it's almost impossible to pay bills. It looks like it was designed by a manga artist, with big puffy icons that would appeal to 12 year olds, but they take up the whole site and make it hard to use. The account page doesn't show upcoming transactions in Billpay, which they've hidden. Finally, though NFCU brags about serving service members, it doesn't have locations in most of my state, so I have to drive an hour to get anything done."

"I went in today to hat a cucard and venessa citing in the front was fake smiling and what not I guess she sent a message to Curtis at the teller about my account ounce I got to the teller he put a light to my drivers license to see if it was fake for what reason idk but I feel like I was profiled no one else got a flash light to there driver’s license why mine and I’ve been here tons befor never has done that … it’s ridiculous ."

"This branch has always got a wait No one working The ones that are there are very lazy and slow . Been a member for 8 yrs or more And They gave me problems about opening my daughters account so they lost her and we went to secu instead. Not to mention why is it only 2 branches and they took forever to get here They will call security and threaten to ban u from the location Theyy"

"I actually went to this branch this morning and ended up having to leave after 45 minutes of waiting for one of the staff members to assist me in completing a wire transfer. There were 3 offices including the one I was waiting in filled with people waiting to get assistance with forms but none of the staff came to assist anyone. The bank teller lines were moving fast but be prepared to sit and wait of you're planning to do anything else at this branch. Would not recommend this location to anyone."
