"Overall I was ready to give up on trying to get a loan. The people that I had spoken with was just rude, didn't know what was going on or didn't know everything I need to bring with me. Then Dana got on the phone and she was absolutely pleasant and amazing! I would give more stars bit it was like pulling teeth to get someone competent on the phone. If you call here ask for Dana! She's amazing, patient and very informative."

"The McCoy person should learn how to not use "sweet" or "baby" and "dear" when talking to clients. I don't appreciate being called that over the phone. Learn professionalism. My husband nor I do not like to be called these names. Office manager should have a talk with this person and let her know not to use these words there are some people who like being called these words for we do not. If nothing is done about this then i will be going to corporate."
