Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowood

"Location is convenient but that’s it. Hotel is infested with lady bugs. There’s no WiFi. There are only 2 elevators and they’re slow as hell. Most hyatts have a full bar and convenience store but this location does not. They literally have no toiletries if you happen to forget something. And your room and belongings would be infested with lady bugs. If you’re on a budget & do motels this is for you. I’m very picky about where I reside and this was equivalent to a Red Roof Inn"

"Lucy was amazing and so helpful, always willing to help and sweet. Also Melva was very good and left my room very clean. I think the hotel is in reparations but still a good place to stay. Rooms are beautiful."

"Arrived on 2/2 and was greeted by Lucy. She was very nice and checked us right in even asked what level of the hotel we would like to be on. We stayed on the 1st floor our room was fine for a one night stay and we were told that they were in the middle of renovations. Woke up early for breakfast and shortly after left. besides being able to hear music all night long it was fine."

"The room very comfy, the pillows and bed top quality. The offer good breakfast. But the hallways looks a little bit messy, unfinished and cheap for a Hyatt. But if you’re going only to spend the night it’s a very good value equation."

"I stayed at this location twice in a week during a trip. Both times, were acceptable and clean. Construction/renovation aside (workers start at 730-8. Drilling and hammering can be heard from my room), this hotel is average but not as good as most Hyatts. Hyatt locations as a whole need to work on their breakfast. I know it’s free, but other brands have better free breakfast."
