"The room was impressive but what will really stick in my memory is the front desk employee, Thomas. Even @4am he brought me support, laughs, and comfort. He went above and beyond to make my stay here welcoming and fun!"

"The property and staff were exceptional. The property looks better in person it exceeded expectations. I will definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone. It is also coinvent to the expressway and close to downtown Charlotte, a 12-minute commute one way."

"In-room Coffee provided was not appropriate for the coffee pot that was provided. It was basically useless and just shouldn’t be advertised as an amenity. Staff were not professional, were constantly on personal cell phones with headphones in while having personal conversation and cursing, playing provocative music in the lobby. Also should not be advertised as a “hotel” when it is not staffed after midnight. This is quite inconvenient for those who use this truly as a couple night stay and don’t “live” in this facility. The Room did provide the necessities. Also inappropriate that the fitness center is located in building 2 but if you’re staying in building 1 you do not have access with your key. The staff (if able to be found) must let you in. Which also means this is not 24 hour fitness room as advised since the building is not staffed 24 hours."

"Was looking for a place to stay in Charlotte when I heard about how a woman was almost taken from her room and management DID NOT CARE. The world is crazy and Charlotte already has human trafficking issues throughout the city. Would not recommend, especially if you’re a woman or a woman with children. Hotel is suspected of filling a room with gas and trying to break in, management never attempted to review the camera footage or update the woman who was almost taken. Scary."
