"The rooms and service were great. Check-in and check out were very quick. Nice breakfast. The screen cast feature in the TV did not work at all. Friendly staff."

"This hotel passes for a Mariott, but if you look closely it’s not quite up to snuff. Our room appeared to have had water damage in the bathroom (including some strange black stuff along the bottom of the door and a pervasive localized bad smell) and lots of other little issues throughout the hotel like dirty floors, broken hardware and peeling paper. You could easily make it through in a rush and not notice, most of it was sub acute but in total it added up to a less than exceptional experience."

"We had a great room, comfortable beds. The pillows weren't all that good, though. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the lobby area was very user-friendly. I'm not a big fan of the frosted glass bathroom door as there were several of us in the room, and turning on the bathroom light at night was annoying. I would definitely stay here again."

"The front desk, hotel staff was super nice! I just think the rooms could be cleaned much better than they are. It was hair everywhere and stains on the carpet, the curtains, and the tiles were broken in the bathroom. There was mold sitting in front of the shower as you stepped in. I covered it up with a towel so I wouldn't have to see it. It's a beautiful hotel, but housekeeping just needs to take their time and clean the rooms."

"This hotel should not be considered Marriott. This is the most unprofessional and unorganized hotel. We checked in and the first night we had to change rooms because there was a BIG sag in the bed. Our whole stay they never had any wash cloths. After being moved to a new room we started to see ‘’stink bugs’’ all in the room. We reported this several times to different staff members and nothing was done. To put the topping on the cake upon checking out we let the Assistant Manager Michael know how we did not like our stay and advised him of our experience. He then said he didn’t not see any notes and so he could not do anything without out talking to his staff. I advised him I would wait, he then call the staff over the phone to confirm this was true as if we were untruthful. He then said he couldn’t get in touch with anyone so the only thing he could do was give bonus points to my account. I advised him this was unacceptable and that something more needed to be done. He then tried to compare and said if I had a dead body in the room he would need to investigate that instead of just believing that. I could not believe he tried to compare a guess complaint to analogy of a dead body, so unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, which is so disappointing because it’s in a good area for everything you need. I will be contacting corporate because this was unacceptable service."
