"Goodness, where do I even start. I had the express pleasure of working with Christina's team (Specifically Jennifer and Ashley, who are some of the most lovely humans I have ever had the pleasure to work with), and my goodness, what an absolute delight it was to work with them. Overall, it was for something complex and complicated as getting a mortgage, these folks took that, and made it remarkably simple. Starting off with Jennifer, an absolute joy of bubbly energy, she was absolutely lovely to work with, enough to the point, where it felt like I was talking to a good friend after having met her 10 minutes prior. She not only worked with me, she did two things that not a lot of people do. 1) She called out a particular word that I used when I was meeting her for the 1st time. Specifically, I used the phrase "I am interviewing lenders" instead of "I am shopping lenders". Jenn was the only one to notice that and call it out. That little detail, while small, told me she paid attention even to the little things. The 2) She explicitly told me to go with the group that felt to be the best fit. The fact she wanted me to go with who was best for me, helped make that choice even easier. And of course, we can't forget about Ashley. One of the sweetest people I have ever met, she was kind, helpful, and very communicative over the process and steps we were at. Anything she needed from me, she was very clear in asking for it. And she helped answer even what seemed like the silliest questions to me. And when things started to go even slightly awry, she was right on top of it. Figuring out answers and letting me know the moment she had answers to give. Bonus points where both Jenn and Ashley sent me a card expressing condolences after my grandmother had passed. I only mentioned it in passing, they took note of it, and even sending a card was more than I could have asked for. As a first time home buyer, getting my first ever mortgage, the absolute pleasure of working with these folks can not be understated.
