"Other locations heat the beef patty on the bun bottom via microwave while adding toppings to crown assembling a tasty hot burgerking classic. This location doesn't. They dont microwave the burger patty on bottom. Bun. They just pull it luke warm place it on bun bottom skimp toppings and put the bun top on resulting in warm to quickly cold and not your way. Photo shows what they put on two whopper jrs. Really??"

"I experienced the same issues as everyone else. Tried to order through the drive through when there was no one in the drive through. They told me to come inside without any explanation and then said they were just screwing with me once I got inside. They were extremely unprofessional and very rude, acting like adult toddlers and just playing on their phones and hanging out. At least 6 employees were there, none were working and after 20 minutes they still hadn’t made my order. They told me they didn’t have enough staff… even though there were 6 of them there and I was the only customer. I’m glad I didn’t eat there though because it looks like the kitchen and dining area have never been cleaned. I don’t expect this location to last much longer given that they are paying employees who refuse to generate revenue…"

"Ordered from them through DoorDash. They sent the driver to my house with an incorrect order that had been sitting there for 4 hours. How stupid can these people be??"

"Very unprofessional managers on evenings. Just ignores customers and allows the employees to give attitude to customers. Came in today around 5:30pm and I'm just sitting there waiting for my order to be taken while the cashier scrolls on her phone. I told her why am I waiting for you to get off the phone while you're supposed to take my order. The manager didn't do anything and because I said something my food came out sloppy! This location needs a whole new staff. They all literally suck."

"I'm so glad they have an impossible burger here. That's all I wanted, an impossible Burger meal. But I guess you're supposed to tell them about having the Burger King app before you order and even though I said it like four times they still put mayonnaise on my $7 Burger. It's only really a bummer because I do like to eat the lettuce even if I don't eat all the bread. The girl was pretty mad at me too for ordering out of order the three items that I ordered that come in one meal. I come here all the time so I'm definitely an authority. Two stars because there was a bubbly superstar in the Drive-Thru window who gave me barbecue sauce."
