"In response to the above review regarding looking for change from a bank where you do not have an account.and helping the community etc. ......... I also work retail and I have a bank about 100 feet from my establishment and they will not give me change as I do not have an account and that is their policy. I truly accept that and understand that is bank policy. I do not cry like the above wimp and look for rules to be broken that are set up by a business.This bank has been nothing but exceptional in the years that I have banked and the customer service is above extraordinary . The tellers and managers that are in place now are fantastic !! There is one woman there from NY , I believe who very nice also and always wears a smile. Tell the wimp to get change at his own bank !"
