"Parents a month ago came to funeral…Had to cancel one of the rooms because granddaughter in an accident…Quality Inn would not reverse the payment…Management was e-mail and they still charge for the room…Heartless and greedy"

"Location is great for us. About 10 min from our daughter's house. The room was very clean and had everything we needed; refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We had enough towels, ect but housekeeping checked each day to be sure. Walls had been touched up with paint ghst didn't quite match but that didn't affect our stay. We traveled with our two small dogs who barked at every noise but quieted quickly so we had no issues there. Free breakfast is waffles, bananas, yogurt, juices and coffee. If you don't care for that, there is a Waffle House within walking distance. It was enough for us. We will stay here again."

"I came for my uncle's funeral service and I was told there would be a rate for family members. When I got there I was charged full rate after asking for the discount. The rooms were passable as far as cleanliness goes. The beds were comfortable which made for a good night's rest. Overall it was affordable and convenient for my needs."

"The place is super clean and convenient. We arrived (07/29/2022) with our pet around midnight (previously called to make the reservation) and the lady in front desk was super fast. Check-in process was less than 5 minutes. The room way bigger than expected with TV, microwave, coffe, and mini fridge, toiletries are included. There is plenty of green space around the hotel so you can walk your pets. I am definitely staying again. Thank you."
