"My over all experience was a easy and pleasant one. My only issue was with the gentleman that was assisting me with finalizing my paperwork. When he got into the office and his co-worker informed him I was there he did not address me by my name he said "Hey" l lets get started with your paperwork. He asked me for my ID I gave it to him in his hand, when he returned it back to me by placing it on the table. I in turn ask him to please pick that up referring to my id and place it in my hand like I gave it to you. He picked it up and gave it to me. Then when I gave him my card placing it in his hand, not only did he put my card on the table but he threw it on the table. I didn't like that he threw my item. I placed them in his hand. Give me the same courtesy and respect I gave you. I find that very rude and unprofessional. He should have a training session on how to properly treat customers. Acknowledging customers by their name and not "Hey", if he has a issue with touching peoples property make it easier for the client to handle their own items without him touching them. His bad customer service is why I gave your company 3 stars. Treat everyone the way you want to be treated regardless of the external appearance, i.e. race, sex, age, Thank You for everything. "I am writing this because I need everyone to be aware. I have had my loan for over 1.5 years and paid every payment on time. I was never informed that I had to have full coverage on my car insurance or "One Main Financial" would put me on force placed insurance. Well, I got a letter in the mail and they did! I called my State Farm agent and had to add more coverage. I was never made aware I needed full coverage at the beginning of my loan, this happened when I refinanced. I am extremely upset and now my car insurance monthly is crazy expensive. The communication sucks and if that was such a huge important factor, I was never told! Bad business!"
