"Great place to watch the kids while you unwind. Beautiful at sunset or just as the sky clears from a rain shower. It WAS my favorite place to go in Whispering Pines until I found out you could be ticketed for using a public park on a public road because the HOA maintains it? Not sure how this has held up in court? If the neighborhood is private, where are the gates?"
