He has a terrible attitude and would not answer the questions without being rude. That is a poor reflection of the owners of the company. Your "manager" is trash and needs to be fired. Your employees are corrupt and lie to sell customers policies that they cannot qualify for."
"Got loan on 8/24/17. Made first payment in October no problem. The last two payments I have had to call twice because payment did not go through on first call. This one caused me a late payment. Moral of story is to be careful that they have no memory of first calls so they can charge you extra money. P.S. Good way to stay in business."
