"Trout in the Classroom training with SCDNR and Trout Unlimited was an amazing experience!"

"It is a beautiful spot to visit but my main objective was to catch a nice trout. I had read that SCDNR had stocked the creek with trout for their delayed harvest program (larger fish, catch and release only). Two other fisherman came and left during the 2 hours I was there. None of us ever saw or caught a trout. Atleast it was a beautiful January day to be outside."

"Very nice place, away from everyone, very peaceful and cabin they rent is nice, it shaded all day and had a stream with a little dock out over the water in the shade to relax and listen to the stream going by, covered eating area with cabin. Really nice for a quit get away and not blazing sun on you all day unless you want it, Nice employee Mr McCorkle was very pleasant and knowledgeable about everything to do with nature, trees plants and animals in the area. Good old country boy (man) keeps place very nice and clean, did not see one piece of trash of any kind any we're on property."
