"The food is good when you actually get it. About half the time that you order from this location, there will be an issue with it taking forever. Tonight I ordered and it said it would take over 2 and a half hours to get my food. Finally it said that the driver was on his way after about an hour, it said he was pulling up so I was just waiting to get notified that he was here when it said the order was completed then cancelled. Tried to call the store to see why and waited on hold for over 15 minutes. I won't bother ordering from here again since you never know if you'll actually get your food or not"

"Jamol has helped us twice and with a wait time of 15-20 minutes it (both times) ended up being around a 30-40 minute wait, the work was very sloppy when actually done by him when he wasn’t in the back. Also had to pick off toppings from the side that was meant to have no toppings, and was cut very poorly"

"We order from this location all the time and while it frequently takes a little while, we're okay with it. this time, they quoted 2 and a half hours for delivery AFTER we placed the order, and once we got our order after just short of three hours, one of our pies was under-cooked. After all that time, we hoped that everything would be just right. We also keep asking for contactless delivery and that never happens."

"The management here is clearly poor because for 3 hours before closing you have every staff member scrambling to finish an order. Them complaining that the district manager just left and the manager left but you guys can't fulfill orders I had to switch my order from delivery to pick up after 3 hours of not having it available for delivery. Hire more staff or pay your staff more just trust and believe on a Friday night I won't be ordering Domino's again. Thank God that the team that you have there is helpful and apologetic that is the only saving grace"

"Pickup order was a half hour late being finished after a 40 minute estimate. Management needs to get staffing figured out, only 2 people there and they were buried. They were trying their best to keep up. Wasn't able to leave a review through the online ordering because they never marked the order as picked up so I couldn't enter those options."
