"Very Disappointed. Got signed up for credit monitoring through ADR Financial group. I was not too clear on how this worked, and did not know that they were 3rd party of the monitoring platform. I reached out to cancel service by emailing the provided email, and received no word. I've called, multiple times, and no answer. No voicemail option, no text option, nothing. The email didn't even get answered. TODAY, I managed to find another number which led me to the monitoring site directly. They explained the partnership. They let me know they do not receive emails for ADR, and couldn't provide a full refund. They transferred me to the same number, and the same thing happened. I called the number on the YELP page, same result. I'm glad some have had great experience, but I'm not one of them. 6mo of wasted time and lost money."

"They do not clear up your credit talking about there sending your items to the credit bureau and they are not doing anything who are they ADR financial knows that the credit bureau does not do anything to clarify your credit. They are designed to rip you off and have you thinking there clearing your credit when they are actually ripping you off every month by telling you to pay 25 dollars for a credit report every month and they are not doing nothing with your credit you can only call them by email they don't respond back. If they do they want you to pay some more money for something they not doing . They still can't tell me what the actually did with my credit nothing they ignore me which is why I'm going to sue them for false advertising and leading people on. Please don't let ADR financial rip you off this is a scam beware."

"Very disappointed in this company. I’ve invested 2000-2500 to get my credit restored and only got two things removed. They’ve been working on my stuff since the beginning of 2023 and two things removed = no results for the money I’ve invested. It’s sad because I actually believe in them thinking they would help me. And the crazy thing is they asked for more money right before sending an email saying that they were closing on the 31 of October this year. How disrespectful. Scammed again by a credit repair company and I’ll never get my money or time back for waiting on them."

"ADR Was incredible. They gave me an approximate time of 3-6 months to see a change in my credit score and in one month and one week 37 derogatory items had been removed. Unbelievable right? Same thing I thought, but it was for real. They stuck with me monitoring and advising me along the way. Now I am in position to do almost anything I need to do that is determined by my credit score. Thanks guys Rocky, your team at ADR are amazing!"
