"Not the most inclusive establishment. I wish information had been more clear on the website to avoid misunderstandings regarding who is eligible for certain services and who is not, especially where skin color/race is a factor. Kind staff, but would benefit from increased efforts with transparency and communication. I also did not like that I had to press for referral information or alternate options; as a former mental health provider, myself, if I was unable to offer a service to someone, I would be incredibly forthcoming with alternative options and resources for the client. They wouldn't have to grill me for specifics, especially when I am the subject matter expert. Not a great experience and cannot recommend. Both my partner and I felt extremely uncomfortable and had a poor customer service experience."
