"I was the only person in line and all I was doing was waiting to check out and got corrected by Corey the manager, for waiting too far from the counter. She shook her head and seemed really upset. She seemed stressed, but this is how it affects customer service. 1 star for deplorable customer service."

"THIS Stewart's is great! Just off the highway with easy access back on and cheap gas to boot. They bathroom is huge and always clean. The employees are used to the drive by customers and help you get checked out quickly, so don't be discouraged if you have to get in line, it moves quickly. There is LOTS of room in the lot if you have to park a trailer. And free air! This is the best Stewart's around! (In my first review, Google maps just asked me to review the Stewart's I had been to in the past week or so. That could be any number of them, and they are all great. So I am amending my review because it finally told me which one;)"

"Lately the Stewart’s in my immediate area have had damaged or even missing air hoses, this time of year it’s common to need to top off the pressure in our vehicles’ wheels, so when you notice the psi are on the low end and you get to a Stewart’s with a working air hose, it’s only normal to them write a great review. My first visit was unplanned and off the cuff, however I’m now heading there for my third visit and I expect to be back many more times before the month is out."

"I’ve been a regular here for 10 years. The staff are amazing and the ice cream is absolutely iconic. Stewart’s is a must do for anyone visiting upstate New York, and this Stewart’s in particular has the most chill staff you’ll ever meet. Best of all, their gas quality is great, and their prices are low."

"My 6year old daughter took 1 bite of her icecream cup and didn’t like it, I nicely asked the girl if she could switch it cause she didn’t like it and her manager told her to tell me no , really what is two scoops of icecream.. iv never had customer service like that In my life!!! Disgusting!!"
