"We met with the owner Randy, our meeting was great, they measured my husband and ordered the suit colors he wanted. Randy made specific notes on which person in the party was wearing which color. Communication after this point was difficult. They had wrong contact information for my husband- leaving us a few short weeks to get everything quickly done before our wedding. Initially we felt good about our meeting, but when the suits came in it was clear that there were significant issues. Each tie/suspender combo was wrong for 7 out of 8 men and wrong jacket/pants combos. My husband and I went in a second time to straighten things out, yet again when the suits came in the week of the wedding there was still confusion. I ended up going in the day before our wedding to pick up two suits myself and extra suspenders and ties to ensure that I could make sure everyone matched the way they needed to. Being a quilter I can appreciate the time and attention they dedicate to tailoring each suit to person for rental or purchase, however the constant confusion so close to our wedding and lack of communication was very frustrating."

"I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the employees. I worked mostly with Sapphire. I explained to her her , what I was looking for. She was very accommodating. From the time I entered, til the time I left she was Fanomanal. Also Sam the seamstress went out of her way. Alex was good, and had inputs on what I was looking for. "I really wish we didn’t pick Incognito to do our suits for our wedding. Our first appointment was great with Alex and after that everything went downhill. Nobodies suits fit right, when the guys went there to get them fitted it would be an hour+ long process because they didn’t have the staff and it would take forever to find their suits in the back. There’s zero organization. They messed up suits for both our wedding and our friends wedding a few weeks before ours. Our guys were still getting things the day of the wedding because Incognito forgot to include them with the suit. I would go elsewhere for wedding suits in Rochester."
