Be aware that the website will offer you an appointment time but isn't aware if there has been a time overrun at the actual location, a time over run can be caused by things that are out of control of the employees like a late parts delivery. Remember to call the location to confirm your appointment time prior to arriving."
"Spoke with Tom on the phone and ordered tires on Friday. I went in for my appointment today and both of the men upfront were very friendly. Romain was the one who checked me out and he went above and beyond to help me and make sure I got the right price. Highly recommend them!"
"I was way overdue for an engine air filter change and after checking out their website and services, decided to try the Colonie, NY Pep Boys. I made an appointment and arrived a bit early. They had me in and out before my original appointment time, with only the small cost of the filter- and that including being shown the old dirty filter and answering my questions about winter tires and their other services!!! They also did phone service tracking with updates and everyone I dealt with and saw, from the original phone call through today's service, were super nice, polite, neat and extremely helpful. I could tell my car was in good, experienced hands and I am looking forward to doing future services here! Much thanks, Pep Boys"
