Starbucks

"Great and quiet location to relax and enjoy the coffee before getting on the plane. It is located between gates 155 and 157 of the LAX Tom Bradley International at the departure south concourse. This is the only one of two Starbucks that i am aware of at the international departure terminal. Durkin Donuts is located at the domestic departure terminal."

"they don’t have anything besides hot coffee, they don’t have food, and the espresso machine doesn’t work. i ordered ahead online and when they didn’t have what i ordered they told me they don’t do refunds and that i would have to call another number to get one. absolutely scammed me. staff was beyond rude to all customers and clearly didn’t want to be working there."

"I don't like to write bad reviews, but when I encounter something this atrocious I feel compelled. Walked up to the counter 30 minutes before they closed. Asked for one of their sandwiches from the glass case. They refused to serve me. Said it was too late and it would take too much time. I've purchased hundreds of Starbucks sandwiches before. It takes about three minutes to put it in a toaster and give it to the customer. But, evidently, it takes over 30 minutes to serve a sandwich here, without any other customers in front of me. The employees were rude and condescending when I asked if it was Starbucks policy to stop serving people 30 minutes before they closed, even though there wasn't any indication they were done serving people for the evening. "Listen, honey," she said... and I just tuned out the rest of her diatribe about how onerous it would be to serve me. I have a hunch they just wanted to go home after a long and busy day at their job. And I'm guessing there isn't anyone supervising these employees either, so they kinda don't care. But that's just my opinion. Anyway, after reading the significant number of other poor reviews of this Starbucks location it appears that my experience was not exceptional. I have to honestly state that this is the worst customer service I've ever received at a Starbucks. I enjoy patronizing Starbucks because I've always met happy and friendly employees, even if they were a little busy or frazzled. But this Starbucks is a real black eye to the franchise. I'd like to see corporate pull the franchisee's license so someone who cares can run this place better and represent the brand the way it's supposed to be."

"I ordered a tall shaken espresso. The barista made it to the top mark, not nearly as full as they usually do (see photo of my tall vs another tall). I politely asked for more oat milk. She (in the photo) said ok and rolled her eyes. I stood and watched as other people ordered and got their drinks.. about 6-8 people while my cup was just sitting there. She kept side eyeing me, probably expecting me to just get annoyed and take my drink. When I brought it up again, she took the cup, added more milk, and then set it back down… all with an attitude."
