"We stayed 2 nights and had no room clean up after the first night; no new towels, no coffee renewal, basically no room service at all. I am sure if we called, those things would have been taken care of. With that being said, the place is very quaint and is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and the brewery next door was fantastic. Will be back for sure."

"BEWARE!! DO NOT STAY HERE! We had high expectations for the Wells and were excited when we arrived. Unfortunately, it all went down from there. Room was stuffy and not very clean but was fine for one night - the real issue is with the management/service. I was charged a fee for not knowing the check out time and leaving an hour or so late (it was Sunday and the place was deserted). No text, call, knock or anything around check out time to advise/remind guests of checking out. They provided text messages about check in time, steps, phone numbers, etc. - apparently this is important enough to communicate to guests, but when it comes to checking out it I was told it was my fault for not checking the website. The worst part is, this charge wasn’t on my receipt and wasn’t communicated to me, they just charged to my card with no communication or documentation to show what it was for. It’s clear they are just looking for ways to see what they can get away with charging guests. They made it clear when I brought this up that they do not see any issue with operating this way, so check your credit card statement after staying here to see if they are trying to sneak something past you. Don’t be fooled by the charming pictures (not nearly as nice in person) - avoid this hotel at all costs. They are crooks with no integrity."

"Had the best time with my family! Our cabin was so comfy, cozy and clean. We loved being walking distance to yummy restaurants and short driving distances to many waterfalls and hikes! We will most definitely come back!"

"We just needed a place to stay after a visit to the area because we do not like to drive at night. It fit the bill perfectly because we had dinner at the brewery on premises and could walk back. The room was clean and well-appointed. We saw larger cabins, a fire pit, and a lovely large yard where kids were playing. I think the property would be a great place to base (especially as a family) and enjoy the charming town and natural playground all around."

"We have stayed here a few times and each stay has been fantastic. The double king room was very spacious, clean, and had very comfortable furniture. We recently stayed in a log suit for about a week. We are so glad we chose the suite for our wedding trip. It was cozy and the whole place had great quality. My ONLY complaint is the amount of water that splashes out of the showers. They really need a curtain or something, but not in any way does it ruin the stay. I'd like to add that the beds are extremely comfortable and the sheets are so soft. My family rented several rooms here for our wedding a few weeks back and everybody was in love with the hotel and the brewery. It is such a beautiful place year-round. We can't wait to come back!"
