"This is the largest falls on Lake Jocassee which is technically accessible by hike or boat but the hike is too dangerous for me to recommend and I would only visit by boat. We highly recommend taking a Lake Jocassee boat tour in mid to late summer because the mountain-fed water is cold.To get to these falls by boat you have to park and get out to swim up a short distance around a big rock."
