"We’ve had a loan with First Franklin for several months. Last week I received a call that we had money available if we needed it. I did not ask to add to the loan at the time but they called me to offer it. I declined. However, yesterday I decided to call and see about adding what was available and after several hours of questions and running around gathering the information required a second person called me and said we couldn’t add to the loan. The first woman told me one thing but the second told me another. One of the issues was a $3 balance on a credit card. And the other was closed bank account. But I feel like it could have been handled differently. Not only did they call to offer the added funds but my husband, who is a business owner, lost out on several hundred dollars of work to gather the information requested. After this situation I think it’s best we pay off the loan and end our relationship with First Franklin. I personally would not recommend and would look elsewhere. Also, their interest rates are ridiculous."

My credit is far from amazing, but they were still able to work with me and even gave me lots of insurance options as well to protect myself and my belongings. Another loan agency in York was only able to approve me for 1/5 of what Angela got for me. I will definitely be returning In the future! Thank you guys so much for helping me in my time of need."
