Dunkin'

"Are you looking for bland and cold food, wrong orders, and awful customer service as the cherry on top? IF SO, THIS DUNKIN' IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU! Save your time and go elsewhere. There are other Dunkin' in the area, or better yet, locally owned bakeries or coffee shops. Disclaimer: I have ordered here dozens of times this year alone for its convenient location, and the food / drinks have more often than not been mediocre, cold, wrong, or unavailable. What should be more common than not (passably decent food) is a rarity. On top of that, the service is just downright rude. The drive thru lady wouldn't even let me finish ordering and kept aggressively cutting me off and snapping at me when all I was doing was trying to speak more clearly. They sometimes will just go ahead and cancel your order without an explanation, telling you to leave if they are in a bad enough mood. Clearly the managers of this place don't care about losing business, because they're doing it every day with the awful behavior of the staff."

"Ordered snackin bacon twice at this location. First time I didn’t realize until I pulled off. Today I checked before I left and let lady at drive thru know. She came back and told me that’s how it comes. I’ve been to other Dunkin’s and the bacon was never cold. Why would bacon be served cold? Lazy liars."

"This is for afternoon coffee only! Every time I go here around 3 pm the iced coffee is bitter and really nasty. I hate asking for my food to be fixed, its embarrassing and I feel picky, but today I tried. The girl looked at me like I was dumb. There was no point though because it's not like the next coffee tasted any different. I have tried several times here and I give up."

"Garbage service, garbage food. My frozen coffe literally tasted like dish soap. Honestly dish soap would’ve tasted better. After telling them what I received the entire crew came together trying to solve some sort of rocket equation frowning and arguing in the process. Absolute clowns"

"I’ve been going here for 6 years of my life and never once have I had a positive encounter ever. I’m fully convinced that the only way to be hired is by being and absolute b——h in ur interview cuz the workers are the nastiest humans I’ve ever encountered in my life. I only go out of convenience but Jesus Christ I feel like I’m at Karen’s diner when I come here"
