"I literally come here every day. The service has gone extremely down. This guy decided to take one order when he see multiple people on the line to tell them afterwards he’s not taking no orders right now he needs to fix something up inside give him a minute, how about it took 10 minutes until a lady finally walked up to take my order. my attitude was not the best due to employees clearly don’t feel/want to be there. If you’re not here to serve the customers what are you actually here to do like let’s be serious ?"

"I love this Panera! As a struggling college student this is one of my go to study spots. It is quiet, cool, and has very nice wifi. Along with this I love the workers. The service here is excellent I’ve never had a bad experience. Along with this the food is always good of course. Over all I will be coming back for sure!!!"

"Trash. We used kiosk to put in our order, but there were no large drink cups anywhere. I stood at the register for at least 10 min within clear view of several employees, one of whom I believe was a manager, and not one person stopped to help me or even acknowledge me. My son finally found a large cup but there were no kids at all. No napkins in the dispenser. 2 of the drink dispensers were completely empty and 2 more were nearly empty. No plastic utensils to be found. Trash all around the floor."
