"Thr first couple times we went, the service was quick and the food correct. The last few times though, the service was super slow and frustrating. Last Thursday, when we ordered we asked for a strawberry frosted donut and a glazed. After waiting almost 20 min in the drive thru we got to the window we were handed the drinks and the bagel we ordered and then no donuts and the window person had walked away from the window so we couldn't get their attention. They came back after 2 min where I said we were still waiting for the donuts when the window person said oh we are out of the strawberry frosted. We then asked for a Halloween donut in it place to be told no can't have that since it's more money. That is AWFUL customer service. After making us wait as long as we did, made us late for work, we weren't told when we ordered you were put and then you're quibbling over a few cents difference? Pssshhhh... terrible service."
