"Do not bank with this institution. Find a reputable credit union instead of a failing bank. You could actually earn interest on your checking or savings account and they make you an actual member. Woodforest is one of the worst, hence the reason they are inside Walmart instead of a stand alone branch and it is not for convenience. The phone customer service is one of the worst. They’re only looking out for themselves and not you!"

"Formerly the best customer service and fastest location of them all. Now if you go anytime prepared to start there a hour. Sad!"

"I do not write reviews but I made an exception with this store. The lady helping me didn’t want to give me a reason why I couldn’t cash my check when I’ve cashed larger amounts. She wrote on the back of my check and was getting ready to cash it but decides to give it back and immediately say “ I can’t cash it today and I don’t have to give you a reason why”. I left and went to a different one and Immediately received better customer service and my check was cashed."

"2 weeks in a row I’ve been at this bank for fraudulent charges as well as needing to cancel a acct. it wasn’t ever cancelled and got hit with a fee. Now I’m being scolded by Matt for being slightly upset that my time and money isn’t important to them. Will be finding another bank"
