"the bank itself is fine, however all the employees are so rude. every time i have ever interacted with an employee- whether it's depositing a check, picking up euros or calling for customer support- i was always spoken to like i was a dog. i will literally do anything to not interact with these employees. just save your energy and go to belmont or lincolnton."

"I hate the 2am-5am maintenance on the site. People like me who work late night and needs access to their accounts at night cant do so, big inconvenience. Should work on that so we can at least see our accounts, because its our right to access our money 24/7. Just saying. Also what kind of bank puts 24 hour voice response on the back of their cards and shuts it down from 2-5am? Condesending much."
