"Have to be careful when using this place. Steve told me I was refused due to my last years income. As self employed I showed very little income due to being deployed with the Army. They had 2 years of my tax returns but never looked at all my income. E8 24 years of service in a combat pay zone which is tax free. I tried to explain this to them but they wouldn't look at that. I can't do bot being in 2 different areas. I talked to Kim steel at their 800 number and she said the same thing. I asked why did you even look at my returns if you aren't calculating all my income. So be it I got my loan at another company good rates."
