"Poor & weird customer service!!! I recently visited Bebe Fritay ( 744 Utica Ave brooklyn NY 11203) with high hopes, but my experience left me utterly disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this would not be a pleasant experience. First and foremost, the food was abysmal. I ordered a pate kode , and it was nothing short of a disaster. The presentation was unappealing, and the taste was even worse I believe it's essential for restaurants to maintain a certain standard of quality and service, especially in a competitive industry. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed miserably in both aspects. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as the combination of terrible food, appalling customer service, and a lackluster atmosphere made for a truly unpleasant dining experience."

"I went there 4/29/2023 with my brother and sister. The lady in front with short hair was EXTREMELY RUDE! She rolled her eyes at us and even just turned around and walked away as my brother was in the middle of his order. We got stew chicken (medium order each came with 3 or 4 SMALL pieces of chicken). I also got the medium legume. All orders came with good amount of rice. Lastly, our order came out to $63, I gave her 2 $50 bills. She went to the back for change, then realized she didn’t have so she came back with $21 and said our order was actually $79… smh…. I took the $21, knowing she was lying and we left without saying anything more as we will never return. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of just 1 is because the food was good. Small but good. When the service improves and portion sizes of the meat are acceptable, this place should be closer to a 4 or 5 star place in my opinion. And yes I am Haitian so it pains me to write this review, but I have to be honest about what my family experienced there."

"Okay so the food was really good… now We know better than to wait for an order there next time, place the order in person and come back for it later or stream an episode use the bathroom before you get there dodge the swings of the random visitors asking for a dollar smh probably prefer to have them cater an event if they do that"

"Lovely Caribbean restaurant. Customer service is on point, both ladies are awesome, specially Daphney she’s very smiley and polite. The place is very neat to sit and enjoy your food. The foods are great and tasty!!! I stopped there almost every day."
