"We really enjoyed our visit today. Many of the cats were chilling out, but they were friendly, and quite a few were even playful! The atmosphere was nice, with just the right amount of play things, towers & climbers and cat-trees. In an area separated from the cat room, there's a selection of yummy snacks and beverages, with a nice variety of moderately priced merchandise."

"When I first visited the cafe, I fell in love with a kitten and was ready to adopt. The employee informed me that the kitten had a sister, and they come as a pair. This made me even happier, and I accepted without a doubt. I submitted my application on paper, bought all the necessities for the kittens, and was fully prepared. I visited multiple times, spent time with the kittens, and paid as required. After a week and a half, I inquired about my application multiple times, receiving responses like 'we'll get back to you soon.' Frustrated, I emailed the next day, only to be told again, 'we'll get back to you tomorrow.' After contacting them at least four times, they finally asked me to resubmit my application. A day later, at 11:45 pm, while admiring the toys and supplies for my future kittens, I received an email from Racheal. The email stated, 'Congratulations, you have been accepted for adoption, but unfortunately, your chosen kittens have already been adopted and picked up.' This not only reflects unprofessionalism but also cruel behaviour, which could have been avoided if the employees had kept their promises and exercised better judgment. I advise against spending your money at this place or supporting this business. While they may at first keep you entertained, they eventually disappoint after taking your money."

"The Pretty Paw Lounge is wonderful, and is doing important work with rescue and adoption of neglected kitty's. We just adopted an abused cat that unfortunately lost an eye. Rachel (owner) and the Lounge brought us together with this wonderful kitty, and my family and I are so grateful. Please support this woman-owned business in the community that is trying to give back to those who can't speak for themselves."

"We had a fun family time with my six year old. The kittens were full of energy and entertaining to watch zooming around and interact with. The older cats were all so sweet and calming to be around. It was clean and cute. We all had a really good time loving on the kitties. We will definitely be going back soon!"

"Adorable cat cafe with several playful cats and kittens. I believe there were 13 cats when I went. All were available for adoption. The cats were really sweet, interactive, and playful. Lots of toys and an enriching atmosphere for them. You can't bring food/drinks in with you to the cat room. I'd suggest grabbing your goodies and treats after your cat time. I booked and filled out the waiver online. Check-in took less than a minute, including making a drink purchase."
