"Food was okay but we were bribed with cornbread for a 5 star review! Honestly the turkey wings were soggy and very chewy, the yams tasted like water cinnamon, and nutmeg i asked to change it to potato salad because that was amazing, my boyfriend had it. The mac and cheese was good and the cornbread was the best! I honestly give the food a 2/5. Service was okay a gentlemen who also asked for the 5 star review was helpful, the people at the counter were whispering to each other when we walked in which was weird."

"I decided to try this restaurant because I heard so many good things about it. I took my food to go. I was a little disappointed when I got home and had found 3 legs and a thigh and one of my orders . Normally, when you order four piece you get one of each piece, the second order had one of each piece and a niced size breast. I just feel for the price the sides are small. I love the cornbread and the chicken was okay. I ordered to the drinks as well, and my son and I love those. I do consciously make choices to support the black-owned businesses. I also have to give my honest opinion. I wish the sides were a little bit bigger and a little less flour and a little more seasoning when you fried chicken but that’s just me."
