"Not sure why this place is frequented. We were so excited to finally try Jersey Mikes. But the bread fell apart and was soaked in the vinegar from the mikes way. You couldnt taste anything but vinegar and it was soaked. Also we paid for bacon on the turkey provolone and didnt get it. Also The employees ignored every instruction. They didnt put mayo and cherry relish that we ordered and then the mayo on the side that I asked for in case they forgot it on the sandwich… they also didnt give. Essential customer service is a hard job and I hope they are compensated well enough so that there is a motivation to not provide such horrible service and food . Overall not a good location I guess. But I wish them well!"
