"Where to begin? The menu describes the waffle fries as “crispy” and “seasoned”, they definitely hit the mark being crispy, however they lacked in the flavor area. The second picture shows what they believe to be a lettuce wrap.. not too sure how a couple stiff leaves tossed on top of a burger equates to a wrap… The milkshake was probably the biggest disappointment here. What’s typically the highlight where your sweet tooth is fulfilled left much to be desired. The milkshake lacked no milk, with its watery texture and boring flavor. To make matters worse, I had ordered another burger that they failed to properly make. With Staten Island staples like Duffys two doors down supreme burger company definitely needs to step their game up! $40 down the drain on lackluster food, definitely won’t be patronizing them again."
