Johnny Rockets

"1. The host who was also our server waved us down from the opposite side of the restaurant didn’t say a word and walked away. 2. She never attempted to greet us but after about 10 minutes she walks over and asks us if we were ready with an attitude. 3. Both our burger orders were completely wrong and nothing was done to accommodate us. They claimed a 10% discount but I got charged for a burger that cost less than what was charged. 4. She sat in front of customers disregarding other tables and sat another family at a table that wasn’t even wiped. 5. I kid you not this lady literally touched my burger to check if it was missing the things I stated with her nasty BARE HANDS. 6. After we complained about the food and order being completely wrong, she had the audacity to start bad mouthing us in Spanish like she’s the only one who understands. 7. Was complaining loud as hell in front of all of her tables and talking trash about us and other tables and saying things like “if I get fired I’ll just claim unemployment” 8. The floors were literally a slip n slide lucky I ain’t sue 9. Overall just a really terrible place never come here. Our server was a Hispanic woman looked to be in her thirties. She has no customer service skills and just doesn’t care about her job. The management was around doing absolutely nothing whilst she was doing this IN FRONT OF THEM. Crazy."

"What a joke! Stood 30 min in the line. Got seated. Ordered. Another 30 mins later, the waiter takes our food at a couple who had been sitting for 5 minutes or so. I realized it was our food when he brought 2 orders of fries and they told him 'we ordered only 1 and we did not order a burger with bacon'. Unbelievably infuriating!!! I just asked him to give me the receipt for the drinks which we barely touched. The guy brings me the receipt with FULL AMOUNT $34. I asked him 'Hey what is this..?!??' The dude again didn't even apologize but went to change the receipt. He was clearly not there at all and didn't care at all. We should've just left without paying. Never again."

"The worst location I ever been too. They didn’t have what I initially wanted which was a turkey cheeseburger. The chicken tender were nasty. We asked for strawberry lemonade it was lemonade with syrup, yuck. I don’t recommend dining here just get a quick fast food meal at the food court. And enjoy the rest of your day shopping."

"Been here before and it was ok but today's experience was just terrible. They seem short staffed and NONE of the staff show ANY sort of enthusiasm or hospitality. It's like a "I can't wait to get out of here" vibe. Anyway, ordered a burger and was NOT asked how I would like it cooked - it came out black and crunchy on one side - NOT GOOD. I don't complain because I don't feel like waiting another 20 minutes. Had to ask to order, had to ask for a missing drink, had to ask for a to go container (one kid did not eat much of their chicken strips). Avoid this place. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere."

"Got in line and waited for over 30minutes. Why did I wait that long? I was determined to have a good burger since I’ve been to Johnny rockets before. While waiting I kept looking inside, a couple was sat and wasn’t given water or menus and once I got to the front of the line they just got menus! Everyone inside was waiting for so long to order and the woman kept telling people hold on hold on. Two tables left and the same server was like “I forgot you guys sorry” as soon as I sat I asked to order immediately because I didn’t want to be forgotten either. The place needs better management and better staff training it’s very obvious who’s pulling their weight in the restaurant. Food could have been better, they don’t live up to the normal Johnny rocket standards."
