"I come to this location a decent amount since I work right there and usually the food is pretty good but a lot of the times that I’ve ordered lately, the food has just been dry and gross. Especially the rice and beans, I LOVE their rice and beans but most of the time I get it now, the rice is undercooked and crunchy. I can’t even eat it."

"This is the Popeyes outside the mall where Burger King used to be.. Had 2 orders. 1 chicken sandwich combo & Spicy chicken tenders combo. They forgot the chicken sandwich, the tenders weren’t crispy at all but soggy and rubbery. I couldn’t even finish it, it tasted so weird.. Didn’t taste spicy really. The red beans and rice were watery. I’ll never go back. The new one on Hylan Blvd by Old town rd is the best so far!!"

"I’ve never been to this Popeyes before and I thought I would change it up by going here. I definitely should’ve checked before leaving but when I got home, they forgot to give us a second mashed potato. They didn’t give us any biscuits. The receipt says we ordered both. We pay for these things and for them to forgot little things like this makes no sense, especially when there’s multiple people present (how could they mess this up?). The manager was rarely present, she showed up every once a while. The person at the register was talking to her friend, the person at pickup made it seem like a big deal when we asked for more but different sauce. Yet, they missed the things we paid for.
