However, the guy taking the order was beyond friendly, kind, and courteous. I wish I had taken his name down! His kindness and excellent customer service made the time seem to not even exist."

"I’ve been to many Popeyes all over nyc over the years. I’ve never had to pay extra for breast when I order a 3 piece or 4 piece meal. It always came standard with 1 breast. I wasn’t asking for multiple breast pieces, just one piece in my order. But the employee at this one tried to charge me extra for 1 breast and told me that’s how they do it at this popeyes. That is a lie because I’ve bought the same meal here before and wasn’t charged extra for a breast. For how much a meal costs, you can’t be giving me all legs and wings. I have plenty of receipts on my popeyes account and never have once been charge extra for a breast. Won’t be coming to this popeyes anymore. And to prove a point, I went to a different popeyes 10 mins away and ordered the same thing and they didn’t charge me extra for breast (picture of receipt attached). If this place is trying to charge you extra for breast, it is a money grab and you should not come to this location anymore."
